Breakfast, built in 1880 as the first boarding house in the Rugby

two-room Thomas Hughes Suite has queen and twin beds and a working
fireplace. The large guest parlor with ceiling fans and
fireplace, the verandah, and pondside hammock are great places for
quiet relaxation. Newbury House will accommodate up to 14 people
depending upon the mix of couples and singles.
